Practice Description
Rafaela Peristrello is an junior associate and her practice involves giving support to the preparation of defenses against employees’ labor claims, drafting and review of witnesses’ statements, proof collection procedures, labor courts case law research, and following-up of on-going labor proceedings and lawsuits throughout Brazilian states.
During her law bachelor’s studies, Rafaela holds certificates on Labor Law programs and served for 3 years, as legal intern, at Labor Court in Sumaré City (São Paulo State); Public Attorney Office and Federal Prosecutors’ Office in the State of São Paulo, as well as at the labor practice group of a distinguished law firm.
She is now attending a post-graduate program in Labor Law and Labor Procedural Law and her advisory services also encompasses the preparation legal reports on Brazilian labor governamental agencies and authorities.
