Practice Description
Luciana Santos is associate and her experience is mainly focused on the preparation, review and following-up of labor claims, lawsuits and appeals before labor judicial and administrative courts and tribunals throughout Brazilian states.
She has large experience in handling a wide variety of litigation matters, including drafting motions in general and court proceedings follow-up, for Brazilian and multinational clients, in connection with their local and cross-border operations and investments in the energy, oil and gas, construction, technology, infrastructure and logistics sectors.
Luciana also advises clients on applicable labor laws and regulations, including employees, expatriation procedures, and her advisory practice encompasses drafting legal opinions, contractual analysis and legal reports on Brazilian labor court precedents and government labor agencies rules.
Her practice also encompasses capital markets law, mainly on the constitution of investment funds and strategic financial products.
