Practice Description
Aline Correia focus her practice on business law, banking and capital markets, compliance and corporate management, contracts, corporate law, regulatory and civil law for clients from a range of sectors, including banking and finance areas. Her professional practice encompasses assistance to local and abroad companies, specially performing and analyzing the most varied types of banking and commercial agreements in capital markets and corporate banking transactions and structured finance since vanilla to more complex ones. Her experience covers also analysis and development of all kind of corporate documents, and moreover, development and conduction of Compliance and corporative management programs in line with corporate best practices, including all necessary requirements to attend local regulators and, moreover, answering notifications made by such regulators.
She also has experience on the development of litigation strategies from big clients, preparation of Legal Opinions, meeting with clients and drawing of strategies to follow and maximize results of lawsuits portfolio and a variety of litigation disputes.

- Short-term specialization course in Compliance by Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-RIO).
- Masters Degree in Corporate Law by Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
- Bachelor Graduation in Laws by Universidade São Judas Tadeu (São Paulo, SP).
